With school back in session and winter approaching, the Hermosa Beach condo market has begun to slow just a bit, however properties are still moving, hovering near record prices. I recently served as the sales agent on a 2br/2ba in the Hermosa Surf Condominium complex at 1707 PCH, a 972 sq. ft. unit that sold with multiple offers for above the asking price, selling at $563.5k.

I’m also currently in escrow on a smaller 912 sq. ft. 2bd/2ba in the Commodore (1600 Ardmore in Hermosa Beach; pictures shown here).
